While the builder is dotting all of the “i’s” and crossing all of the “t’s” in preparation of opening the Villages of Seloy sales office, reservations are now being accepted on the first 5 buildings of the development. Prices range from $293,900 for the Vilano floorplan, to $342,900-$352,900 (depending on location) for the spacious Castillo. Five of these first 18 homes have been snatched up. Delivery on these is expected in Spring 2008.
